Growing Healthy Relationships with Food

Our K-8 curriculum is built on the belief that nutrition isn’t just about facts — it’s about feelings and exploration. By transforming food education into a sensory adventure, we help students build lifelong literacy and confidence in their food choices. From colorful discovery for our littlest learners to critical label reading for older students, we support every stage of a child’s development with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based fun, ensuring that nutritional literacy becomes a joyful part of their daily lives.

We teach younger students and older students for 8 weeks at a time. For younger students, lessons from weeks 5-8 may have a separate lesson that is more suitable for their ages, but the topics stay the same. However, we might stop lessons for the youngest children after week 4 unless the parents specifically request the full 8 weeks despite the higher complexity of 5-8 weeks. We try to make lessons as age-apropiate as possible, but some topics are naturally more complex than others.
